Free delivery across South Africa
All orders delivered within South Africa ship free, with no minimum spend.

Delivery times
We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of payment. Orders are delivered within 5 working days. Delivery to outlying areas may occasionally take a little longer.

Couriers
We work with trusted South African couriers through Bob Go, which matches each order with the best available service for your area.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Delivery address
Please check your address and phone number at checkout so the courier can reach you. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us at info@zamatacosmetics.co.za as soon as possible.

Damaged or missing parcels
